These guys are building a house down the road from mine. We've all been super impressed with the speed of their work, not taking off for snow days or anything. A few days ago my kiddos went down the street to look at the house and they were nice enough to engage them in conversation and tell them about the project. The next day they went down again to look at the project and the workers were expecting them and had brought them a flashlight and cool pen. Totally made their day (thanks guys!) and I believe speaks to the character of the people on this crew
