B&D Construction has been doing the hard work across Mid-Michigan for over 30 years. We started out building custom homes from the ground up — literally. That meant digging basements, clearing lots, laying drain fields, and putting in driveways before a single wall ever went up. That foundation-first approach shaped everything we do today.
Over the decades, we expanded into manufactured home services because we saw a real need in the region. Families in Charlotte, Eaton Rapids, Hastings, and dozens of other communities needed a crew that could handle the full scope — prep work, site grading, and setting the home correctly the first time. We built the skills to do exactly that.
